Issues.

Today I have issues. Not only do I have the gum/tooth thing going on but now I have some goofy form of laryngitis (is that even how that's spelled?) Going back to the dentist this afternoon and am getting myself ready in the event that I'm told the wisdom tooth needs to be removed, without any numbing medication. I'm hoping that's not the case (and more importantly I'm hoping that thinking that will be sufficient to scare my tooth and gum into submission-- so that they snap out of it and stop hurting).
